With the Digital Wunderbox project, Haus Bastian, the Center for Cultural Education at the National Museums in Berlin, became a testing ground for digital participation in educational work. The focus was on the question of how analog, artistic mediation methods can be transferred and expanded into the digital space.
The aim was to develop an interactive media station together with students and have it realized by media artists and architects. With the help of a prototype, the students developed concrete ideas that were incorporated into the final concept and production of the station.

The Federal Cultural Foundation has been granted a total of 31,3 million euros to finance “dive in. Programme for Digital Interactions” from the Rescue and Future Package of the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media NEUSTART KULTUR.
